Harmonisasi Regulations on Wellness Tourism: IHTC Recommendations

Article 1: Regulatory Framework for Wellness Tourism
IHTC, working with industry experts, recommends the following regulatory framework to avoid cris cross wellness tourism between the Ministry of Health and Tourism:

- Purpose and Scope
    - Define the purpose of the regulation: to avoid overlap and cris cross in wellness tourism between the Ministry of Health and Tourism.
    - Specify the scope of the regulation: applies to all stakeholders involved in wellness tourism, including government agencies, private companies, and individuals.

- Definitions
    - Define key terms: wellness tourism, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Tourism, cris cross, etc.

Article 2: Roles and Responsibilities
IHTC recommends the following roles and responsibilities for the Ministry of Health and Tourism:

- Ministry of Health
    - Regulate health services and facilities
    - Ensure quality and safety standards
    - Provide health-related information and guidance

- Ministry of Tourism
    - Promote tourism and travel
    - Develop tourism infrastructure and facilities
    - Provide tourism-related information and guidance

Article 3: Coordination and Cooperation
IHTC recommends establishing a coordination mechanism between the Ministry of Health and Tourism to:
- Share information and data
- Align policies and regulations
- Collaborate on joint initiatives
- Establish a joint committee to oversee implementation and resolve disputes

Article 4: Implementation and Enforcement
IHTC recommends specifying:
